CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 11:01 The Company will provide employees who have seniority and are required to wear uniforms, the following clothing provided that the employee maintains the uniform at his/her own expense. It is agreed that the uniform is to be worn at all times when on duty.
(a) The initial uniform purchase shall consist of:
(i) Two (2) toques;
(ii) Two (2) baseball caps;
(iii) Ten (10) shirts (long/short sleeve, golf shirt, orange t- shirt with striping);
(iv) Five (5) pants;
(v) One (1) pair of winter overshoes, maximum $50.00 (for Utility Services Representatives, Meter Readers, Line Locators);
(vi) One (1) windbreaker;
(vii) One (1) flame retardant winter weight parka;
(viii) One (1) flame retardant winter weight bib-style pants;
(ix) Three (3) coveralls;
(x) One (1) vest;
(xi) Three (3) hooded fleece sweaters;
(b) After the initial uniform clothing is provided, the following replacement clothing will be supplied annually, unless otherwise stated below:
(i) One (1) coverall. Additional coveralls may be replaced if the supervisor agrees the condition warrants and the worn pair is returned;
(ii) Five (5) pants;
(iii) Three (3) shirts (long/short sleeve, golf shirt, orange t- shirt with striping);
(iv) One (1) toque;
(v) One (1) baseball cap;
(vi) One (1) windbreaker;
(vii) One (1) vest;
(viii) One (1) flame retardant winter weight parka every thirty-six (36) months. If the supervisor agrees the condition warrants replacement, and providing the worn item is returned in the period of twenty-four (24) months to thirty-five (35) months, the item will be replaced. However, the item will be replaced after thirty-six (36) months if not replaced under the twenty- four (24) to thirty-five (35) month conditional replacement, described above;
(ix) One (1) pair of winter bib-style pants to be issued every three (3) years;
(x) Two (2) hooded fleece sweaters;
(xi) One (1) pair of winter overshoes, maximum $50.00 (every two years for Utility Services Representatives, Meter Readers, Line Locators).
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 11.01 The Company will provide a uniform which is gov- erned by the Company’s Uniform Policy. Manage- ment will consult with the Union regarding any chan- ges to the “Uniform Policy.” During the transition period leading up to the introduction of the new Uni- form Policy, the Company will work with employees to ensure they are appropriately attired.
11.02 The Company agrees during the life of the Collective Agreement to supply appropriate work gloves and rainwear to such employees who, due to the nature of the work they perform, and the conditions that they are exposed to, reasonably require the same.
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. Clothing and footwear will be issued to the Maintenance Staff, Property Clerks and Special Constables in accordance with Service regulations.
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 23.1 The Department Head or designate shall have the right to request that an employee be reasonably and suitable dressed according to the nature of his work. The University will supply wet gear, gloves, and coveralls if required to work outside.
23.2 The wearing of safety footwear shall be compulsory for all employees during working hours. Upon presentation of a receipt for the purchase of such footwear, the University shall reimburse the employee up to a maximum of $225.00 per fiscal year.
23.3 Parkas will be supplied to Utility Workers, and other employees whose duties require extensive outside work, at University expense, and replaced as needed but not at any less than two (2) years intervals.
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. The Board shall provide and clean all protective clothing, coveralls and gloves as required. Employees when instructed to wear safety footwear by management will have the cost shared 80/20 with the Board. The employer will provide lab coats to Lab Assistants at the secondary schools and raingear and/or umbrellas for Noon Hour Supervision Assistants. The employer will provide an annual allowance of eighty dollars ($30.0080.00) per school year for the purchase of swimwear for education assistants who are regularly assigned to and accompany students, enrolled in the School District swimming program, into the pool.

CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 27.1 The University will provide protective clothing and equipment to its employees as required, to carry out the duties of their positions. In addition, the University will provide employees with a footwear and clothing voucher for $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) per year, inclusive of taxes and embroidery. Such vouchers shall be provided once a year for each employee. The footwear and clothing will be obtained from an outlet designated by the Employer. Employees may select shirts and pants from an approved list provided by the University. Employees must wear uniforms and safety footwear.
(a) Upon hiring, Employees shall provide their own set of hand tools and a detailed inventory of same.
(b) The University shall supply special and/or uncommon tools required in the performance of assigned duties.
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 04 a) All employees who are required by Legislation or NB Power Safety Rules to wear safety footwear on a regular basis shall receive a footwear allowance.
