Presence of Union Xxxxxxx. At the time formal discipline is imposed or at any stage of the grievance procedure an employee shall have the right upon request to the presence of Xxxxxxx. In the case of suspension or discharge the Hospital shall notify the employee of this right in advance. If a Xxxxxxx is not available the parties agree that the Hospital may send the Employee home with pay pending an investigation. This will not be considered disciplinary in nature.

Presence of Union Xxxxxxx. CSC acknowledges the right of a bargaining unit member to have a Union xxxxxxx present during any disciplinary process. If the purpose of an interview relates to the disciplinary process, the employee shall be so advised and may request a delay to allow notification of a Union xxxxxxx. Union stewards are required to record paid time spent on the disciplinary process on his or her time card. Union stewards must request approval from their supervisor to attend disciplinary meetings. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. The Agency will generally not approve a union xxxxxxx attending a meeting that will cause CSC to incur additional costs.

  • Kesimpulan Pelimpahan kewajiban pembayaran penggantian bangunan PT Kereta Api oleh PT Bonauli Real Estate kepada PT Agra Citra Kharisma, Pelimpahan kewajiban pembayaran bangunan PT Kereta Api Indonesia secara sepihak, yang semula menjadi tanggung jawab dari PT. Bonauli Real Estate, kemudian oleh PT. Bonauli Real Estate dialihkan atau dilimpahkan kepada PT Arga Citra Kharisma, tidak dapat dibenarkan menurut hukum perjanjian. Karena tidak pengalihan hak dan kewajiban dari PT. Bonauli Real Estate kepada PT Arga Citra Kharisma tidak ada persetujuan dari Pemerintah Kota Medan dan PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Akibat hukum pelimpahan kewajiban pembayaran kepada pihak ketiga menurut ketentuan hukum perdata, adalah beralihnya hak dan kewajiban kepada pihak ketiga.
