PRESENTING FOR WORK BUT NOT REQUIRED. 15.1 A new employee, if engaged and presenting for work to commence employment and not being required shall be entitled to at least eight hours’ work or payment therefore at ordinary rates, plus the appropriate allowance prescribed by clause 38 - Fares and travel patterns allowance, of this award.
