Preservation of the Business. Without purporting to make any commitment on behalf of Purchaser, Seller shall exercise all reasonable efforts to: (i) preserve intact the present business organization and personnel of Seller; (ii) preserve the present relationship of Seller with all persons having business dealings with Seller; (iii) preserve and maintain in force all licenses, permits, registrations, franchises, and other similar rights applicable to the Business; and (iv) comply with all laws applicable to the conduct of the Business.
Preservation of the Business. The Seller will use its commercially reasonable efforts to preserve its business organization intact and to preserve the Seller's reputation and the good will of its suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the Seller.

Preservation of the Business. The Seller has used, and will use, its best efforts to preserve the business organization and assets of the Business and not to impair relationships with customers, vendors, and others having business relations with the Business.

Without making any commitment on the Buyer's behalf, the Sellers and the Shareholders shall use their best efforts to preserve the Business, including preserving the Sellers' business organizations intact, keeping available the services of the current officers, employees and agents of the Sellers, keeping in full force and effect all material rights relating to the Assets and the Business and maintaining the relations and good will of the Sellers with suppliers, customers, landlords, creditors, employees, agents and others having business relationships with the Sellers.
Preservation of the Business. The Company undertakes and each Key Seller undertakes and agrees with the Buyer that between the date of this Agreement and Completion they shall, and shall procure (to the extent able to do so using their reasonable endeavours), that each of the Group Companies shall:
(a) continue to carry on the business of the Group Companies in the normal and ordinary course without any interruption and so as to maintain the same as a going concern and shall conduct or cause the business to be conducted in a diligent and prudent manner;
(b) use all reasonable endeavours to retain and preserve the goodwill of and existing relationships with all clients, customers and suppliers of the Group Companies;
(c) not do any act or thing (including by way of omitting to do any act or thing) which is intended to or may impair or have an adverse effect upon the business, operations, assets, position (financial, trading or otherwise), profits of the Group Companies;
(d) use their reasonable endeavours to maintain the trade and trade connections of the Group Companies;
(e) use their reasonable endeavours to complete the final issuance of the 2018 Accounts as contemplated by this Agreement by the Completion Date;
(f) not induce, or attempt to induce, any of the Employees, whether directly or indirectly, to terminate their employment before the Completion Date;
(g) continue each insurance policy of the Group in full force and effect and not intentionally or recklessly do or omit to do anything which:-
(a) would make an existing policy void or voidable;
(b) would result in an increase in the premium payable under an insurance policy or prejudice the ability to effect equivalent insurance in the future; or
(c) would entitle an insurer under such insurance policies to refuse cover in relation to any claim (either in whole or in part);
(i) procure that no action is taken by the Key Sellers or any Group Company which is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement;
(j) provide to the Buyer copies of any financial reports prepared by the Group Companies in the ordinary and usual course during the period between the date of this Agreement and Completion and, if requested by the Buyer, procure that an appropriate representative of the Group attends weekly calls to update the Buyer on the business and operations of the Group; and
