Preservation of the Business. Without purporting to make any commitment on behalf of Purchaser, Seller shall exercise all reasonable efforts to: (i) preserve intact the present business organization and personnel of Seller; (ii) preserve the present relationship of Seller with all persons having business dealings with Seller; (iii) preserve and maintain in force all licenses, permits, registrations, franchises, and other similar rights applicable to the Business; and (iv) comply with all laws applicable to the conduct of the Business.
