Pressure at Delivery Points. Processor shall redeliver Producer’s Residue Gas within the pressure parameters required by the Downstream Pipelines; provided, however, Processor shall have no obligation to compress Residue Gas to a pressure exceeding 1,200 psig.

Pressure at Delivery Points. Producer shall cause Producer’s Gas to be delivered to the Delivery Points at a pressure sufficient to enter the Processor’s facilities, provided that Processor maintains the operating pressures at not more than [***] psig at the inlet to any Central Conditioning Facilities and at all other Low Pressure Delivery Points. Processor shall maintain a minimum operating pressure at the inlet to the Cryogenic Processing Facilities and at the High Pressure Gas Lift Redelivery Points of no less than the minimum pressure for each such point as detailed on Exhibit B. Producer shall not deliver Gas at a pressure in excess of the MAOP at the Delivery Point, as such MAOP may exist from time to time. As of the Effective Date, the MAOP at each Delivery Point shall be listed on Exhibit B, and Processor shall give written notice to Producer at any time thereafter that the MAOP for any Delivery Point changes and for each additional Delivery Point when it is added.
Pressure at Delivery Points. Gatherer shall deliver Gas to each Delivery Point at a pressure sufficient to enter the receiving facilities at such Delivery Point, but shall not deliver such Gas at a pressure in excess of the MAOP of such receiving facilities, as such MAOP may exist from time to time.
Pressure at Delivery Points. Gatherer shall deliver Delivery Point Gas to the Delivery Points at a pressure sufficient to enter the receiving facilities at each such Delivery Point but shall not deliver the Delivery Point Gas at pressures in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure of the receiving facilities at the Delivery Point, as such pressure may exist from time to time. The minimum pressures for each Delivery Point are specified in Exhibit E attached hereto.

  • Delivery Points The measurement of and tests for quality of Shipper's Gas redelivered at the Delivery Points shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the requirements of the receiving pipeline at each Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Metering 1. If the Producer desires to sell electric power to the Company, the Company shall provide, own and maintain at the Producer's expense all necessary meters and associated equipment to be utilized for the measurement of energy and capacity for determining the Company's payment to the Producer pursuant to an applicable agreement.

  • Temperature The Committed Gas shall not have a temperature of less than forty degrees Fahrenheit (40°F) nor more than one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit (120°F).

  • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.
