Insured Benefits A transferring employee will be covered by the benefit plans at the designated Employer. There will be no break in coverage and/or no waiting period prior to being able to receive benefits so long as the waiting period has already been served, subject to the requirements of the carrier.
Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.
REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. Student Achievement and Accountability instructional staff may be required to serve students in more than one location. Given this, the 15TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2016. Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.
Layoff Benefits All rights to which a certificated employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff including unused accumulated sick leave and credits toward leave eligibility will be restored to the certificated employee upon his/her return to active employment, and the certificated employee will be placed upon the proper step of the salary schedule for the certificated employee's current position according to the certificated employee's experience and education.
