Common use of Printing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Printing of Agreement. Not later than 90 days following the ratification of this Agreement, copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the University’s expense. The University shall provide the AAUP-WSU with 700 copies of the Tenure Eligible and Tenured (TET) Faculty Agreement and 350 copies of the Non-Tenure Eligible (NTE) Faculty Agreement free of charge. The AAUP-WSU will distribute at least one copy of the Agreement to each Member of the respective Bargaining Unit. Further, the AAUP-WSU or its Members may purchase additional copies at cost.

The Digital copies of this Agreement will be available for free, unlimited downloads both on the University’s official website as well as the website of AAUP-WSU will distribute at least one copy of the Agreement to each Member of the respective Bargaining UnitWSU.
