Common use of Printing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Printing of Agreement. 3.01 The Union shall have printed, in booklet form, sufficient copies of this Agreement, so that each teacher in the employ of the Board and Board office personnel shall have a copy of the Agreement. 3.02 The cost of printing shall be equally shared between the Union and the Board. 3.03 The Union shall be responsible for the distribution of the Agreement to its members.
