Common use of Printing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Printing of Agreement. The Board shall be responsible for the reproduction of the Agreement. Such reproduction shall be in such form as shall be mutually agreed upon, provided that in the absence of such Agreement the form, size and type of reproduction of the preceding Agreement shall be utilized. The cost of such reproduction shall be shared equally by the Board and the Senate.
