Prior Notice of Evaluation. In the case of a first-year faculty member, the evaluator will provide him/her with a copy of the evaluation instrument and an explanation of the evaluation process in advance of any observations or commencement of the evaluation.

Prior Notice of Evaluation. All teachers shall, at the time of employment or within the first week of the school term, be thoroughly advised as to the evaluation procedures provided for by this Agreement. This notice may be met by presenting a copy of this Agreement to the teacher.

  • Notice of Enrollment Said meeting and conferring shall not be subject to the impasse procedures in Government Code Section 3557. The Department sponsoring the NEO shall provide the foregoing information no less than five (5) business days prior to the NEO taking place.
