Common use of Prior Service as LPN Clause in Contracts

Prior Service as LPN. A Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the Medical Center, who is employed as a nurse hereunder without a break in the Medical Center service, shall be entitled to seniority credit for one-half (1/2) of all hours paid while employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as calculated under Section 12.4, in addition to his/her seniority credit as a nurse hereunder.

Prior Service as LPN. A Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the 24 Medical Center, who is employed as a nurse hereunder without a break in the Medical 25 Center service, shall be entitled to seniority credit for one-half (1/2) of all hours paid while 26 employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as calculated under Section 12.4, in addition 27 to his/her seniority credit as a nurse hereunder.

Prior Service as LPN. A Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the 11 Medical Center, who is employed as a nurse hereunder without a break in the Medical 12 Center service, shall be entitled to seniority credit for one-half (1/2) of all hours paid while 13 employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as calculated under Section 12.4, in addition 14 to his/her seniority credit as a nurse hereunderxxxxxxxxx.

A Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the 31 Medical Center, who is employed as a nurse hereunder without a break in the Medical 32 Center service, shall be entitled to seniority credit for one-half (1/2) of all hours paid 33 while employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, as calculated under Section 12.4, in 34 addition to his/her seniority credit as a nurse hereunder.
