Work the days scheduled by DCMH to meet the needs of DCMH provided such schedule is not inconsistent with other provisions of this agreement. c. In the event that all units are fully staffed the critical care float department will be placed on call. If a situation arises that the critical care float nurse has been place on call once in a pay period and there are no needs, then the order of on call would be as follows: 1. Volunteers 2.
