Union May Institute Grievances The Union and its representatives shall have the right to originate a grievance on behalf of an employee, or group of employees and to seek adjustment with the Employer in the manner provided in the grievance procedure. Such a grievance shall commence at Step 1.
Using Agency’s Representative The Using Agency may designate from time to time a Using Agency’s Representative, who shall work with the Design Professional and the Owner’s Representative as a liaison with the Using Agency.
Consider Operator as School Official The Parties agree that Operator is a “school official” under FERPA and has a legitimate educational interest in personally identifiable information from education records. For purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, Operator: (1) provides a service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use employees; (2) is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and

Special Rules Regarding Related Entities and Branches That Are Nonparticipating Financial Institutions If a Finnish Financial Institution, that otherwise meets the requirements described in paragraph 1 of this Article or is described in paragraph 3 or 4 of this Article, has a Related Entity or branch that operates in a jurisdiction that prevents such Related Entity or branch from fulfilling the requirements of a participating FFI or deemed-compliant FFI for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or has a Related Entity or branch that is treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution solely due to the expiration of the transitional rule for limited FFIs and limited branches under relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, such Finnish Financial Institution shall continue to be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall continue to be treated as a deemed- compliant FFI or exempt beneficial owner, as appropriate, for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, provided that:
Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

Meetings Between the Institute and Management Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to an employee to attend meetings with management on behalf of the Institute.
NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations. Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.
