Prior to Bid. The Consultant shall submit to the Agency field notes, taken at each site visit in accordance with the above-mentioned schedule within 5 business days of the site visit. The Consultant will require all sub-consultants hired for this project to submit field notes as part of each submission. No submission shall be deemed complete unless it is accompanied by the required field notes. The Consultant shall make as many visits to the individual project site during construction as necessary or as directed by the Agency.

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.   • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. The Supplier shall make any payments due to the Customer without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless the Supplier has a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Customer to the Supplier. All payments due under this Clause 15 due shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date that the Parties agree that the payment is due (unless agreed otherwise) and shall be made in cleared funds, to such bank or building society account as the recipient Party may from time to time direct.
