Prior to the disciplining of an employee a meeting will be held. The employee will have the right to have an Institute representative present. The employee and the Institute shall receive reasonable prior notice of the meeting.

Employee Discipline Appropriate sanctions must be applied against workforce 18 members who fail to comply with any provisions of CONTRACTOR’s privacy P&Ps, including 19 termination of employment where appropriate.
Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date. Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.
