Priority of Interpretation. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any provision in the Agency Agreement, the provision in the Agency Agreement shall control.
Priority of Interpretation. The provisions of this Agreement shall govern the relationship between the District and the Consultant. Should conflict in any provisions of this Agreement and any exhibits be identified, the priority of interpretation of the contract shall be: first, the terms and provisions of this Agreement (including Exhibit A) and second, the RFP.
Priority of Interpretation. The insurance requirements in this Article 17 supersede all other articles and provisions of this Agreement to the extent that any other section or provision conflicts with or impairs the provisions of this Article 17. The insurance requirements set forth in this Article 17 are intended to be separate and distinct from any other provision in this Agreement and are intended to be interpreted as such.
Priority of Interpretation. The parties agree that priority of interpretation under Section 34 of the Swedish Employment (Co-determination in the Workplace) Act may only be invoked in central negotiations.
Priority of Interpretation. In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Addendum and any provision, express or implied, of the Master Section or any Trade Section, the provisions contained within this Addendum shall take precedence.

This document, without exhibits or attachments, is the “Base Agreement.” In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any exhibits or attachments hereto, or any documents incorporated herein by reference, the conflict shall be resolved in the following order of priorities and the more stringent criteria for performance of the Services shall apply:

In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between this contract and its exhibits or attachments, such conflicts or inconsistencies shall be resolved by reference to the documents in the following order of priority: first, the Special Provisions incorporated within this contract, second, the terms and provisions of this contract, other than the Special Provisions; third, the request for proposal attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference (the “RFP”), and fourth, the Contractor’s proposal attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Proposal”).
Priority of Interpretation. The following documents shall constitute an integral part of this Contract. In the event there is a contradiction or difficulty in the interpretation between these documents, the priority of their interpretation shall be as set out here below:
