Common use of Private Vehicle Use Clause in Contracts

Private Vehicle Use. Employees who are required by the Employer to use their personal vehicles to conduct business for the department shall be reimbursed at the then current IRS rate, Employee's shall comply with such reimbursement procedures as the Employer may require. It is understood by the parties hereto that during the course of an employee's duties for the Employer, he/she shall not, for any purpose or reason, transport a prisoner or inmate in an employee-owned vehicle.
