Privately-Owned Conveyance. Reimbursement for mileage for use of a bargaining unit member's privately-owned conveyance shall be made in accord with Section 60.120 of the Alaska Administrative Manual. The Employer and bargaining unit member may mutually agree, in writing, to the bargaining unit member's consistent use of his/her privately-owned conveyance for State business.
Privately-Owned Conveyance. Reimbursement for the use of privately owned conveyance by the Contractor's personnel will be at the mileage rate specified in the Joint Travel Regulations plus all necessary tolls when such travel is necessary for performance under this contract and does not constitute non-reimbursable travel as defined below.
