Indirect Ceiling Rates. For CPAF task orders, the contractor shall not exceed the indirect ceiling rates provided in Attachment JL.5, for the respective ordering period, to build its cost proposal. The indirect ceiling rates established in JL.5 will be the maximum allowable rates that can be proposed or billed under task orders issued during the ordering period of any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. These are not bid rates. Indirect rates proposed for individual task orders may be less and should be in accordance with the offeror’s disclosed estimating system practices and, if applicable, forward pricing rate agreements. Additionally, should actual rates experienced during performance of the contract be lower than the ceiling rates shown, actual rates will be billed.

  • Parking Rates A. For the term of this agreement, the parties agree that the State may increase parking rates in existing owned or leased lots, in urban congested areas, no more than $20 per month above the current rate, charged to employees in specific locations where they park. Congested urban areas are areas such as Sacramento, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego areas. Every effort shall be made to provide employees sixty (60) days but no less than thirty (30) days notice of a parking rate increase. The State shall not increase rates for existing parking lots where employees do not currently pay parking fees. Rates at new lots administered or leased by the State will be set at a level comparable to rates charged for similar lots in the area of the new lot, e.g., rates for open lots shall be compared to rates for open lots, rates for covered parking shall be compared to rates for covered parking.

  • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.

  • Hiring Rates The hiring rates of pay for new employees shall be at the minimum of the appropriate range as outlined in Appendix "A", except where there is agreement between the Employer and the Union to hire above the minimum.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Starting Rates Each employee who enters the service of the Company shall normally begin employment at the Start Rate for the appropriate job title, except that appropriate allowance over such starting rate may be made by the Company for an employee who has had previous experience or training considered to be of value. If the Company hires an employee with no prior training or experience at a rate of pay higher than the Start Rate, it shall raise the existing wage rate of all incumbents in that title and Market to match the rate of pay for the newly hired employee effective with the date of hire.

  • Indirect Cost Except as otherwise authorized by this contract, no indirect costs shall be reimbursed.

  • Indirect Costs If indirect costs are charged, the Subrecipient will develop an indirect cost allocation plan for determining the appropriate Grantee share of administrative costs and shall submit such plan to the Grantee for approval.

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.
