Pro-Rated Longevity Payment. Longevity pay shall be pro-rated depending on the number of months in the year during which an employee has been in each category (e.g., an employee hired on September 1 shall receive $75 {3/12 of $300} in the December following the completion of his fourth year of service, and $375 {$300 + 3/12 of the $300 difference between annual benefits} in the December following the completion of his ninth year of service, etc.).

  • Longevity Payment 11.4-1 Longevity Payments shall be made on the June 30 Payroll check.

  • Longevity Payments All employees, who are hired on or after January 1, 1989, shall not be covered by this Article. Full-time employees on the County Payroll as of December 31, 1988, shall be entitled to longevity pay subject to the following provisions:

  • Longevity Pay If an employee leaves State Classified employment and later is rehired, he/she shall receive no longevity pay. However, once such a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for longevity pay. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received. (See Article 22, Section Q.)

  • Salary Payment In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in a lump sum on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Holiday Payment 4.1 Where an employee works on a holiday specified in Article 47 (Holidays) and opts for compensating leave under Article UN13.2 or COR13.2, he or she may elect, at that time, to receive, in addition to his or her entitlement under Article UN13.2 or COR13.2, further leave equal to the difference between the number of hours in the employee’s normal work day and his or her entitlement under Article UN13.2

  • Lease Payments No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, incur or assume (whether pursuant to a Guarantee or otherwise) any liability for rental payments except in the Ordinary Course of Business.

If the Term does not begin on the first day of a calendar month, the installment of Rent for that partial month shall be prorated.

  • Longevity Bonus Effective 2005, twenty (20) years of continuous service, an employee will receive a longevity bonus of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per year, payable in one lump sum by the second pay period following the employee's anniversary date.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.
