Common use of Probation Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Probation Evaluation. All newly hired employees shall be evaluated verbally after thirty (30) days and in writing prior to completion of the six (6) month probationary period. Newly hired employees not satisfactorily completing their initial probationary period shall be terminated.
