Common use of Probationary LPN Clause in Contracts

Probationary LPN. An LPN shall be considered a probationary LPN during the first ninety (90) days of employment. Full-time probationary LPNs shall accrue benefits, but shall not be eligible to use them except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. During, or at the end of, the probationary period, either the Hospital or the LPN may decide to terminate the employment relationship for any reason without notice or pay in lieu of notice. Such terminations shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.
