Common use of PROBATIONARY PERIOD REVIEW Clause in Contracts

PROBATIONARY PERIOD REVIEW. Prior to the conclusion of a probationary period, the District has the responsibility of reviewing the conduct, performance, responsibility and integrity of each employee and determining whether the employee is fully qualified for permanent status. Performance evaluation reports for probationary employees shall be submitted to the County Director-Human Resources at least ten (10) days before the end of the probationary period. The County Director-Human Resources shall notify the District immediately in writing of any misrepresentation of fact or false statement made by a probationary employee relating to that employee's obtaining employment with the District.
