Procedure for Assigning Additional Hours. In the event there is an opportunity in a given title to work additional hours beyond the normal workday or workweek, the opportunity shall first be offered on a rotational basis to employees in that job title. In the event no employee volunteers, the work shall be assigned on a rotating basis to employees in that job title.
