The Union and the Employer recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from harassment, including sexual harassment. • An employee who wishes to pursue a concern arising from an alleged harassment may register a complaint in writing with the Employer or through the Union to the Employer designate. • If a complaint is registered, it shall be handled in a timely manner in accordance with the Company’s harassment policies. • All persons involved with the complaint shall hold all aspects of the complaint and all related information in the strictest confidence.
