Procedure for Reloading Software. If technical difficulties occur, illegal software, or non-Xxxxxx ISD installed apps are discovered, the Chromebook may need to be reset to a factory new condition. Procedure for Reloading Software. If technical difficulties occur, it is the policy of the technical support staff to correct the problem as needed. If the problem cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, the laptop will be reimaged. In a One-to-One environment it is impossible for support staff to maintain a working environment for all if too much time is spent on fixing all glitches that may arise. Reimaging will restore the device to the state in which the user originally received it. Every attempt to salvage and restore student data files will be made, however, in certain situations, that recovery is not possible. It is important to be sure to save all appropriate files for education to the designated student folder. However, these will only work at school and therefore it is the parents’/carers’ responsibility to ensure students are using the laptop in an appropriate manner at home and for essential schoolwork only. Parents/carers should actively monitor their child’s internet use and who they are messaging via online services.

  • Third Party Software Any portion of the Software that constitutes third party software, including software provided under a public license, is licensed to You subject to the terms and conditions of the software license agreements accompanying such third party software, or as set forth in the thirdpartylicenses.txt file accompanying the Software.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.   • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.
