Functions of Arbitral Tribunals 1. The functions of the arbitral tribunal shall be: (a) to make an objective assessment of the matter before it, including that of the facts of the case and the applicability of and conformity with this Agreement, and make the necessary findings and rulings for the resolution of the dispute; and (b) to consult regularly with the Parties offering them equal opportunities for such consultations and provide adequate opportunities for the development of a mutually satisfactory resolution. 2. The arbitral tribunal may adopt additional rules and procedures consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.
FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT 4.01 The Union agrees that the Employer has the exclusive right and power to manage its business to direct the working forces and to suspend, discharge or discipline employees for just and sufficient cause, to hire, promote, demote, transfer or lay-off employees, to establish and maintain reasonable rules and regulations covering the operation of the stores, provided however, that any exercise of these rights and powers in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the Grievance Procedure as set out herein.
Duties and functions 23.2.1 The Independent Engineer shall discharge its duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in Schedule-Q.
Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.
DELEGATION OF FUNCTIONS 5.1 The functions that must be delegated by the Health Board to the Integration Joint Board are set out in Part 1 of Annex 1. IMPLICATIONS OF THE LISTING RULES As one or more of the applicable percentage ratios (as defined in the Listing Rules) of the transactions under the Finance Lease Agreement are more than 5% but less than 25%, the transactions under the Finance Lease Agreement constitute discloseable transactions of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, and are subject to the announcement and reporting requirements under the Listing Rules.
GENERAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION 16.1 The following provisions apply to dispute resolution under the Agreement, except that the terms of Section 55 shall also apply to the resolution of any billing disputes.

Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. The Card may be reclaimed at any time at our sole discretion without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card to another person.
