Process Engineer. The Project Process Engineer(s) (chemical or environmental) is responsible for assuring that all process engineering goals specified in the task order are attained. The Process Engineer shall have a college degree in chemical or environmental engineering or related field from an ABET accredited college or university and shall have a minimum of three (3) years experience related to the design, construction or operation of process engineering-related projects and a minimum of one (1) year experience related to process engineering at HTRW facilities or sites.

Process Engineer.  At least fifteen (15) years of process engineering and construction experience in treatment plant testing, startup, and commissioning in the wastewater industry;  At least one (1) relevant, verifiable heavy/industrial/infrastructure type program with a construction value of at least $250 million or more within the last twenty (20) years;  At least seven (7) years of experience as a lead/senior process engineer in support of a capital improvement program with a combined wastewater and stormwater system in an urban setting;  At least five (5) of experience with headworks and biosolids treatment processes and technologies;  Registration as a Professional Engineer in a process engineering-related field is required; and  Master’s degree in sanitary engineering or environmental engineering from an accredited institution is highly desirable.
Process Engineer. The Area process engineer is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting unit operations. His duties include: monitoring unit performance, working with the operators, Production Supt, and Operations Supervisor to optimize unit performance, maintaining PSM compliance by updating the Process Technology Packages, completing Management of Change requirements, and participating in Process Hazard reviews as necessary. He may do some small scope process design work. Calumet must arrange for more extensive process designs to be done by the refinery central engineering group or by an outside engineering firm. Those costs are not included here, and must be arranged separately. The amount of time the Area Process engineer devotes to the LVT unit is assumed to be proportional to the number of control loops in LVT versus his area of responsibility.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • No Reverse Engineering You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • TIMESCALE Stage 17 may commence as soon as the *** is available from Stage 1 of the Services. Stage 17 shall be complete with the issue of the report of activities and it is estimated that this report will be issued *** from the commencement of Stage 17.
