Processing of Union Membership/ Dues Deduction Forms. The College agrees to submit the proper form to deduct monthly dues and initiation fees, if applicable, from the wages of eligible employees who have signed a proper authorization for such deductions. The authorization method as well as the amount to be deducted is a matter decided between AFSCME and its membership. Therefore, the College shall be held harmless on any dispute or litigation arising under the terms of this section.
