Processing Rates. As consideration for the receipt and proper Processing by PRS of the Materials delivered by SWS and UWS, SWS and UWS shall each pay PRS the following fees: (a) Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per ton for Green Waste and/or Wood Waste received by PRS at the Facility from SWS and UWS, respectively (the “GW Processing Rate”); and (b) Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per ton for Food Waste and/or Mixed Organic Waste received by PRS at the Facility from SWS and UWS, respectively (the “MOW Processing Rate”). The GW Processing Rate and the MOW Processing Rate shall each be adjusted pursuant to Paragraph 4 herein. Fees shall be paid by SWS and UWS within thirty (30) days of receipt from PRS of a written invoice detailing the amount of Materials received by PRS for each month.

Processing Rates. Client will set and communicate to Direct Sub-merchants and to ProPay the Direct Sub merchant pricing for the ProPay Services (“Direct Sub-merchant Fees”); however, ProPay will have sole discretion as to whether to approve such pricing. For the avoidance of doubt, a sample Sub-merchant fee schedule can be found at hxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xx-US/Sub-merchant-Fee-Schedule-Sample-vl-2018. and may be updated by ProPay from time to time. The parties acknowledge that Indirect Sub-merchant pricing is subject to change at any time by ProPay.

  • Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.

  • Interchange The Seller receives Interchange Fees from financial institutions for clearing transactions arising under the Accounts and as compensation for assuming credit risk and funding receivables for a limited period of time prior to initial billing. The Seller will Transfer to the Custodian on a daily basis the Interchange Fees, representing the aggregate amount of fees paid or payable to the Seller on such day in respect of all Visa Accounts, Mastercard Accounts and other Specified Account Designation Accounts from other financial institutions that clear such credit card transactions for merchants after netting or set-off occurs. The Seller may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, voluntarily increase or decrease the rate used to calculate amounts receivable or payable in respect of Interchange Fees. The Account Assets include the then applicable Interchange Fees.

  • Remittance Processing Services In order to provide a means of collection of the Receivables which will allow the Trustee to receive the proceeds of the Receivables and related security without AmeriCredit or its Affiliates having access to the funds, the parties hereto agree for the benefit of the Trustee that the processing services (the “Service(s)”) of Processor will be used for the collection and the deposit of remittances related to the Receivables and related security.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Collections Payment Processing Remittance (a) Collection Efforts, Policies, Procedures.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Processing of Items The provision of services shall be governed by the Processor’s Treasury Management Services Agreement, Commercial Account Agreement or other applicable agreements and related service terms (individually and collectively, the “Bank Agreements”), as may be amended from time to time, subject to the prior written consent to any such amendments of a material nature by the Trustee and AmeriCredit, which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Bank Provides Diverse Financial Services and May Generate Profits as a Result Customer acknowledges that Bank or its Affiliates may have a material interest in transactions entered into by Customer with respect to the Account or that circumstances are such that Bank may have a potential conflict of duty or interest. For example, Bank or its Affiliates may act as a market maker in the Financial Assets to which Instructions relate, provide brokerage services to other customers, act as financial adviser to the issuer of such Financial Assets, act in the same transaction as agent for more than one customer, have a material interest in the issue of the Financial Assets, or earn profits from any of these activities. Customer acknowledges that Bank or its Affiliates may be in possession of information tending to show that the Instructions received may not be in the best interests of Customer. Bank is not under any duty to disclose any such information.
