Common use of Procurement Agent Clause in Contracts

Procurement Agent. Unless MCC agrees otherwise in writing, the Government will engage one or more procurement agents (collectively, the “Procurement Agent”) to carry out and certify specified procurement activities in furtherance of this Compact. The roles and responsibilities of the Procurement Agent will be set forth in the Program Implementation Agreement and an agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to MCC, between the Government and the Procurement Agent.
