Procurement of Spare Parts. If pursuant to Schedule 7 the Seller is required to procure any spare part or other items for the repair, replace or refurbish and/or maintenance of any Failed Tool, the Purchaser shall provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to the Seller to ensure that such part is sourced and delivered as soon as reasonably possible and at a reasonable cost to the Seller.
Procurement of Spare Parts. Supplies, Etc. Operator shall procure on behalf of, and with the approval of Owner, the initial inventory of all spare parts (other than the initial spare parts provided by Construction Contractors under the EPC Contract and RO Contract), supplies, consumables, furniture, laboratory equipment, office equipment, vehicles, tools and other items set out in paragraph 4.1.5 above. Operator shall establish a computerized inventory of such items and provide a copy to Owner.

Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Performance and Compliance with Receivables and Contracts At its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises, if any, required to be observed by the Issuer under the Contracts related to the Receivables.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
