Mobilization Period. Initial mobilization period from the date of award of Contract is seven (7) days. If the contractor fails to mobilize sufficient resources to complete the job in time, GIPCL may execute the job through other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor.
Mobilization Period. 4.2.1. The mobilization period in respect of the Facilities shall commence from the Notice to Proceed and shall, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9 (Default and Termination), expire on the earlier of: (a) the Scheduled Commencement Date; or (b) upon achieving the Commencement Date (“Mobilization Period”). Provided, however, the Employer may at any time in its sole discretion: (i) defer and/or waive any of the Mobilization Period Requirements; and/or (ii) extend the Scheduled Commencement Date, each (i) and (ii) in accordance with Section 4.4 (Waiver and/or Deferral of Mobilization Period Requirements and Extension of Scheduled Commencement Date).
Mobilization Period. The maximum allowed mobilization period is (30) days, which shall be reckoned from the date of issue of LOI / NOA.Mobilisation shall be considered completed after reporting of Manpower and equipmemt (as stipulated in Para 4.0 below)at site of work.

In addition, on or before the Commencement Date, GEII shall deliver to the Facility those Initial Spare Parts for the Covered Units (not in the MCV inventory) listed in Exhibit 3.

Mobilization Period. Simultaneous with execution of this agreement, Petrohawk will place into escrow with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as escrow agent, $10 million dollars. The escrow agent shall disburse the escrow amount during the Service Period in an amount equal to $500 thousand per month, with such amount being applied to the costs of services and materials provided by PES hereunder. Any amounts not so disbursed at the termination of this Agreement shall be distributed to Petrohawk.

Mobilization Period. “Mobilization Period” shall mean that period of time beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the date Contractor begins providing Services, during which Contractor shall train and qualify its staff, arrange for rental and delivery of equipment, establish headquarters and communications systems and perform all other tasks necessary for Contractor to prepare to perform the Services.
