Mobilization Period. Initial mobilization period from the date of award of Contract is seven (7) days. If the contractor fails to mobilize sufficient resources to complete the job in time, GIPCL may execute the job through other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor.
Mobilization Period. 4.2.1. The mobilization period in respect of the:
(a) Facilities (other than the BRT Corridor Phase II) shall commence from the Notice to Proceed and shall, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9 (Default and Termination), expire on the earlier of: (i) the Scheduled Commencement Date Phase I; or (ii) upon achieving the Commencement Date Phase I (“Mobilization Period Phase I”).
(b) BRT Corridor Phase II shall commence on June 01, 2022 (except as may be extended by the Employer) and shall, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9 (Default and Termination), expire on the earlier of: (i) Scheduled Commencement Date Phase II; or (ii) upon achieving the Commencement Date Phase II (“Mobilization Period Phase II”). Provided, however, the Employer may at any time in its sole discretion: (i) defer and/or waive any of the Mobilization Period Requirements; and/or (ii) extend the Scheduled Commencement Date Phase I or the Scheduled Commencement Date Phase II (as applicable), each (i) and (ii) in accordance with Section 4.4 (Waiver and/or Deferral of Mobilization Period Requirements and Extension of Scheduled Commencement Date).
4.2.2. During the Mobilization Period Phase I, the Operator shall:
(a) submit the O&M Plan under Section 2.3 (O&M Plan) within five (5) days of the Notice to Proceed;
(b) prepare and submit the Inventory List in accordance with Section 2.8.1 within ten (10) days from the Notice to Proceed;
(c) submit the list of Consents under Section 2.7.2 within ten (10) days of the Notice to Proceed;
(d) install any Parts at the Facilities (other than for the BRT Corridor Phase II) in accordance with Schedule A (Operator’s Scope of Work);
(e) procure the Project Insurance Policies required to be procured and maintained by the Operator in accordance with Schedule K (Insurance); and
(f) complete any other works and/or Services as required under Schedule A (requirements set out in (a) to (f) above shall collectively be referred to as the “Mobilization Period Requirements Phase I”).
4.2.3. During the Mobilization Period Phase II, the Operator shall:
(a) submit the O&M Plan under Section 2.3 (O&M Plan) no later than twenty-five
Mobilization Period. Within 3 days after written communication from EIC.
Mobilization Period. 15days from date of requirement by e-mail under normal circumstances. 7 days for Hiring of additional DG sets of 250KVA on urgent requirement basis. 3 days for Hiring of additional DG sets of 65/ 125 KVA on urgent requirement basis.

Mobilization Period. Bidder would be required to deploy the manpower within 2 weeks of first intimation of award.
Mobilization Period. During the Mobilization Period (and with respect to those matters set forth in Exhibit C hereto, by no later than the respective dates set forth in such Exhibit C with respect to such matters), Operator shall, subject to Owner's review, take all actions necessary or desirable to prepare the Project for operation on the Project Operations Date and to prepare the Leased Equipment for operation on the Leased Equipment Operations Date, including, but not limited to, the following services:
Mobilization Period. During the Mobilization Period, GEII shall carryout the Mobilization Services as detailed in Exhibit 10. In addition, on or before the Commencement Date, GEII shall deliver to the Facility those Initial Spare Parts for the Covered Units (not in the MCV inventory) listed in Exhibit 3.
Mobilization Period. During the Mobilization Period, MCV shall carryout the Mobilization Services as detailed in Exhibit 10.
Mobilization Period. Operator has to mobilize all necessary instrumentation, equipment, barge/ship at ports, trailers at warehouse or any other necessary items required for this project at their respective places within 60 days from signing of this agreement.
