Product and Subscription Management. Company will perform certain functions associated with the purchase, activation, support and management of Customer Subscriptions and Products. Those functions may be performed through the Portal or other processes or tools identified in the Program Guide. Any required functions may be further described in the Program Guide. Company acknowledges and agrees that from time to time Microsoft may update the processes and tools needed to perform those functions, as Microsoft in its sole reasonable discretion deems appropriate, and Company may be required to implement such updates or changes to continue to perform the functions.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
