PRODUCT RECALL INSURANCE. Product Recall Insurance an occurrence form basis with limits of not less than *[REDACTED] each occurrence and *[REDACTED] annual aggregate. Such insurance shall include worldwide coverage including coverage for USA and Canada jurisdiction claims and occurrences. UBS’ policy shall also specifically waive any rights of subrogation against LifeScan, its subsidiaries, and its directors, officers and employees. UBS shall supply LifeScan with the above proof of insurance and forms as required upon the signing of this Agreement, but LifeScan’s failure to demand such proof or forms shall not waive LifeScan’s rights to such coverage as specified herein.

PRODUCT RECALL INSURANCE. Notwithstanding the agreement of CAGCO and HOLDCO that the voluntary recalls announced on June 30, 2002 and July 19, 2002 of fresh and frozen beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 do not constitute an extraordinary or catastrophic event, for a term of six (6) months from the Closing Date, CAGCO shall allow HOLDO to elect at its option to "piggyback" on CAGCO's existing insurance policies relating to product recalls ("Product Recall Insurance"), subject to a $10,000,000 deductible and subject to the procurement of any consents from the insurers required under the underlying Product Recall Insurance policies. HOLDCO hereby agrees to pay to CAGCO an amount equal to US$1,000,000 plus the amount of any incremental costs incurred by CAGCO in providing such Product Recall Insurance to HOLDCO and its subsidiaries if it elects to "piggyback" on the Product Recall Insurance for such six (6) month period.
PRODUCT RECALL INSURANCE. In addition to insurance required by the General Provisions, Seller agrees to maintain product recall insurance in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and with a deductible of not more than $10,000.00 during the entire term of the Contract. All required policies of liability insurance shall cover Seller's employees, agents, and independent contractors and shall include Buyer as an additional insured, and in addition shall contain cross liability and severability clauses protecting Buyer with respect to claims by Seller or other persons as if Buyer were separately insured.

  • Industrial Insurance Coverage The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.

  • Medical Insurance The Company shall provide to Executive, Executive's spouse and children, at its sole cost, such health, dental and optical insurance as the Company may from time to time make available to its other executive employees.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Xxxx Xxxxx Insurance (a) If an Employee is in receipt of an Incolink benefit and suffers a disability for a period of more than 14 days, they shall have access to a benefit under a policy procured by Incolink to reimburse domestic bills which the worker receives and pays during their disablement. (b) This policy will reimburse up to $250 per bill up to a maximum of $5,000 for all bills for any one period of disablement. (c) The Employer will pay a contribution on behalf of each Employee of $1.00 per week per Employee for the life of this Agreement in accordance with the relevant Incolink trust deed and/or Constitution and By-laws.

  • Optical Insurance 1. The Board shall provide Group I employees a vision plan comparable to the VSP 3 plan. 2. The Board shall provide Group II employees a vision plan comparable to the VSP 1 plan.
