Common use of Productivity Enhancement Program Clause in Contracts

Productivity Enhancement Program. There shall be a Productivity Enhancement Program as described in Appendix G. Disputes arising from this program are not subject to the grievance procedure contained in this Agreement. This is a pilot program that will sunset on December 31, 2016 unless extended by mutual agreement by the parties.
