Productivity Reporting Sample Clauses

Productivity Reporting. Statistics shall be kept for all units of Equipment and Replacement Equipment to determine the Operating Time, Delay Time, Mechanical Down Time and Idle Time and these shall be used to calculate the Mechanical Availability, Effective Utilization, Overall Utilization and Operating Efficiency for each unit. The Contractor shall report these statistics and calculations for each unit and type of Equipment and Replacement Equipment on a monthly, year-to-date and Contract-to-date basis. Labour productivity shall be calculated by dividing the sum of all bank cubic meters of materials removed by the Contractor for a given period, by the sum of all man-hours worked by the Contractor’s employees during that same period. The Contractor shall report the calculated labour productivity on a monthly, year-to-date and Contract-to-date basis.
