Common use of Professional Association Dues Clause in Contracts

Professional Association Dues. The Finance Department shall pay the cost of membership dues in local, state and/or national professional associations of principals. Such payment shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). In no event shall the payment be made for membership dues or assessments of any kind whatsoever associated with any organization that represents principals in collective bargaining activities.
