Deductions and Dues. It is agreed that Union dues and such other deductions as may be properly requested and lawfully permitted shall be deducted, in accordance with the provisions of applicable State law, monthly by Management from the salary of each employee covered hereby who files with County a written authorization requesting that such deduction be made. Remittance of the aggregate amount of all dues and other proper deductions made from the salaries of employees covered hereunder shall be made to the Union by Management within thirty (30) working days after the conclusion of the month in which said dues and deductions were deducted.

Deductions and Dues. It is agreed that Union dues and such other deductions as may be properly requested and lawfully permitted shall be deducted, in accordance with the provisions of applicable State law, semi-monthly by Management from the salary of each employee covered where the union has authorization that such deductions be made or who is subject to an automatic Fair Share Fee or Agency Fee deduction pursuant to an agency shop provision. Remittance of the aggregate amount of all dues and other proper deductions made from the salaries of employees covered hereunder shall be made to the Union by Management within thirty (30) working days after the conclusion of the month in which said dues and deductions were deducted.
Deductions and Dues. Management agrees to honor all authorizations for payroll deduction of union dues payments to the Union and to remit such payments to the Union within thirty (30) business days after the conclusion of the month in which said dues and deductions were deducted pursuant to such authorization. Deductions and Dues. It is agreed that PPOA Union dues and such other deductions as may be properly requested and lawfully permitted shall be deducted, in accordance with the provisions of applicable State law, monthly by Management from the salary of each employee covered hereby who files with County a written authorization requesting that such deduction be made, It is further understood and agreed that Management shall not be required to deduct said dues or other deductions or to remit same to PPOA when any employee covered here under requests in writing that the County cancel all or any portion of any deductions previously authorized. Remittance of the aggregate amount of all dues and other proper deductions made from the salaries of employees covered hereunder shall be made to PPOA by Management within thirty (30) working days after the conclusion of the month in which said dues and deductions were deducted. PPOA agrees to indemnify and hold the County of Los Angeles harmless from any liabilities of any nature which may arise as a result of the application of the provisions of this article.

The District will deduct dues, fees, and any other assessments or authorized deductions to the Xxxx Education Association (IEA) and the Oregon Education Association (OEA) in accordance with the payroll deduction authorizations signed by members and provided to the OEA. The OEA will provide the District with a list identifying the employees who have signed such authorizations and the authorized deduction amounts. The District shall rely on the list to make the authorized deductions and to remit payment to the IEA and the OEA. NEA dues are forwarded to NEA by OEA.
