Professional Development Day. The Employees shall be entitled to spend three (3) working days with pay for the purpose of doing research and preparation related to their work at a date mutually acceptable to the Employer and the Employee. Certain qualifications are required by the Employer (i.e.) C.P.R. and First Aid), therefore the Employer shall fund the cost of certification or recertification.
