Professional Improvement Funds. Professional improvement funds means support funds for improving professional competence provided pursuant to Article 19, Section A.
Professional Improvement Funds. Nine percent (9%) shall be allocated annually to a professional improvement fund for access by the District’s Human Resources Department to assist certificated staff in need of professional improvement. These funds shall be jointly administered by the Executive Director of Human Resources and the NSEA President.
