PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS. A. Amtrak will ensure that all work carried out pursuant to this PA will be done by or under the direct supervision of a qualified professional in the disciplines of Archeology, Architectural History and/or Historic Architecture who meets the relevant standards outlined in the Secretary of the Interior’s (SOI) Professional Qualifications Standards for Archeology and Historic Preservation (36 CFR § 61) (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/history/locallaw/arch_stnds_9.htm).
