PROFESSORIAL RANKS. A. For faculty members there are three professorial ranks: 1. Assistant Professor 2. Associate Professor 3. Professor B. Faculty members who attained the rank and title of Professor under the terms of Mode I shall hold such rank and title until their retirement or separation from the University. This clause forms part of the Agreement until all faculty members hired before January 1, 1992 have retired or separated from the University. C. Clause B above, and this clause, cannot be altered or deleted by arbitration.
