PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL REVIEWS. Contractor shall plan, organize, administer, conduct and close the reviews listed herein. The objective of these reviews is to evaluate critical programmatic and technical parameters and processes, and related documentation to obtain information for deciding to proceed to the next Program phase.

PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL REVIEWS. The contractor will participate in program and technical reviews including but not limited to SETR. Typical reviews include System Requirement Reviews, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review and Production Readiness Review.   • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.

  • Sub-Adviser Review of Materials Upon the Adviser’s request, the Sub-Adviser shall review and comment upon selected portions, relating to the Sub-Adviser and/or Strategy (including the Allocated Portion), of the Registration Statement, other offering documents and ancillary sales and marketing materials prepared by the Adviser for the Fund, and participate, at the reasonable request of the Adviser and as agreed to by the Sub-Adviser, in educational meetings with placement agents and other intermediaries about portfolio management and investment-related matters of the Fund. The Sub-Adviser will promptly inform the Fund and the Adviser if any information in the Registration Statement is (or will become) inaccurate or incomplete.
