Program/Department Coordinator Reassigned Time Option. At the time of acceptance of the assignment, the faculty member can choose to reduce the faculty member’s teaching or counseling load by the percent of reassigned time assigned to the program/department coordinator assignment in lieu of the stipend. A program/ department coordinator will receive either the stipend or reassigned time each academic year. The Coordinator will not have an option of receiving a combination of reassigned time and stipend within one academic year. If the faculty member chooses reassigned time, reassigned time is provided and no percentage of the stipend will be paid. If program/department coordinator elects to convert the stipend to reassigned time, a written request must be received by Office of Academic Affairs no later than one (1) week after the program/department coordinator assignment is determined and by April 1 for subsequent academic years for the term of the assignment. Under special circumstances, extensions to the deadline date may be granted by the appropriate assistant superintendent/vice president.

In programs or departments where reassigned time is required or recommended by an outside accreditation or other regulatory agency, the program/department coordinator must accept reassigned time as listed on the MOU in lieu of the stipend. If program/department coordinator elects to convert the stipend to reassigned time, a written request must be received by Office of InstructionOffice of Academic Affairs no later than one (1) week after the program/department coordinator assignment is determined and by April 1 for any subsequent academic years for the term of the assignment. Under special circumstances, extensions to the deadline date may be granted by the appropriate Assistant Superintendent/Vice President.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Program Director The primary contact for managing Match activities for a designated program.
