PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT COORDINATORS AND HEALTHCARE PROGRAM DIRECTORS. 8.9.1 The District shall determine the need for program/department coordinator (coordinator) and healthcare program director (program director) assignments upon the recommendation of the xxxx or designee. There will be an annual analysis of the list of program/department coordinators and healthcare program directors by the Office of Academic Affairs and the Association board. Necessary adjustments to the approved list can be implemented by agreement of the two sides. Formal adoption of the changes can then occur through the regular negotiations process and will be documented in an MOU. See Appendix C for a list of 2021-2022 program/department coordinator and healthcare program director positions.

PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT COORDINATORS AND HEALTHCARE PROGRAM DIRECTORS. 8.9.1 Program/Department coordinators generally fall into three categories: academic CTE, academic non-CTE, and other academic. Other academic program/department coordinator positions will be addressed through memoranda of understanding.   • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System The CMBHS is the official record of documentation by System Agency. Grantee shall:

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

  • Department of Health and Human Services An employee notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative, the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test. An employee who has a positive alcohol test and/or a positive controlled substance test may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, based on the incident that prompted the testing, including a violation of the drug and alcohol free work place rules.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
