Progression support targeted careers guidance The Careers Service will provide information, advice and guidance to students from widening participation backgrounds at pre-entry stage and will work collaboratively with central Outreach staff at key points such as Year 9 (options) and Years 11, 12 and 13. In addition the Careers Service will develop and deliver a range of resources (for example in relation to the graduate labour market) to support teachers and other influencers who assist pupils in making decisions about HE. In order to enhance the knowledge and awareness of students of the need to gain relevant skills and experience for entry into specific professions, the Careers Service will also deliver a programme of support during their time at the University to assist their transition into the graduate labour market. Tailored workshops will be delivered for specific target groups and students will also have access to additional individual guidance sessions.

The Offer Documents and the Schedule 13E-3 (insofar as it relates to Parent or its affiliates) will comply in all material respects with the Securities Laws.   • Information Supplementation Prior to the Trial Operation date, the Parties shall supplement their information submissions described above in this Article 24 with any and all “as-built” Electric Generating Unit information or “as-tested” performance information that differs from the initial submissions or, alternatively, written confirmation that no such differences exist. The Interconnection Customer shall conduct tests on the Electric Generating Unit as required by Good Utility Practice such as an open circuit “step voltage” test on the Electric Generating Unit to verify proper operation of the Electric Generating Unit's automatic voltage regulator. Unless otherwise agreed, the test conditions shall include: (1) Electric Generating Unit at synchronous speed; (2) automatic voltage regulator on and in voltage control mode; and (3) a five percent (5 percent) change in Electric Generating Unit terminal voltage initiated by a change in the voltage regulators reference voltage. The Interconnection Customer shall provide validated test recordings showing the responses of Electric Generating Unit terminal and field voltages. In the event that direct recordings of these voltages is impractical, recordings of other voltages or currents that mirror the response of the Electric Generating Unit’s terminal or field voltage are acceptable if information necessary to translate these alternate quantities to actual Electric Generating Unit terminal or field voltages is provided. Electric Generating Unit testing shall be conducted and results provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for each individual Electric Generating Unit in a station. Subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment. The Participating TO shall provide the Interconnection Customer any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair or adjustment in the directly connected substation or any adjacent Participating TO-owned substation that may affect the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities equipment ratings, protection or operating requirements. The Parties shall provide such information pursuant to Article 5.19.

  • Listing Information Supply CBB shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each CBB Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. CBB shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis: (a) information showing CBB Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with CBB; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published CBB Customer to enable Verizon to perform its directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to CBB (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-business days) a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s).   • Safety Orientation All employees shall be certified in Safety Orientation. Safety Orientation shall consist of three parts: PART 1 - the CODC Interactive Rights and Responsibilities course; PART 2 - the XXXX course or equivalent, and PART 3 - Employer or Owner Project Specific Training. It is the responsibility of each employee to hold current certification and maintain certification in part 1 and Part 2. The Employer or Owner shall provide to each Employee before commencing work with PART 3 - Employer or Owner Project Specific Training. Each Employee shall be on the payroll and paid while receiving PART 3 training. As a condition of employment it is the sole responsibility of each and every employee to obtain, hold and maintain all current certification(s) in any and all legislated safety training requirements (i.e. WHMIS, Fall Arrest, etc.) that are trade specific. Supporting documentation of all legislated training must be provided by the employee to the Union prior to dispatch and to the employer upon hire and may be further requested by the employer at any time during the duration of their employment. Prior to the expiration of any certification, the Employer will notify the Employee of the pending expiration and give the Employee reasonable time to renew their certification. Further, prior to arriving at site, employees shall hold current qualification(s) for the specific tasks and equipment identified in the dispatch request. If the employee has to be trained after dispatch, all costs borne by the Employer shall be reimbursed by the Training Fund. The CODC Harassment Policy and Procedures, including the provisions regarding General Harassment and as amended from time to time shall be the minimum standard of this Agreement.
