PROGRESSIVE REPRIMAND PROCEDURE. It shall be the goal of the administration to issue reprimands only as a last resort. If, however, a reprimand is necessary, the basic concepts of just cause, privacy, and due process shall be maintained at each level of any reprimand. Reprimands must be handled in a professional manner.
