Prohibited Activities Rules. FoodCorps prohibits all Service Members from engaging in certain activities while performing service hours or while representing FoodCorps, AmeriCorps or displaying the FoodCorps and/or AmeriCorps logo (“Prohibited Activities Rules”). I agree to comply with the Prohibited Activities Rules in Appendix A. Please carefully review the Prohibited Activities Rules in Appendix A.

Prohibited Activities Rules. Service Site understands that the FoodCorps Handbook outlines the rules that prohibit the Service Site and Service Members from engaging in certain activities (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, collectively the “Prohibited Activities Rules”). The Prohibited Activities Rules may be modified from time to time by AmeriCorps or FoodCorps in writing (including by email). The Prohibited Activities Rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Service Site agrees that it has reviewed, understands and agrees to comply with the Prohibited Activities Rules, and to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Service Members understand and comply with the Prohibited Activities Rules.
