PROHIBITION OF OTHER USES. Buyer shall only use the Equipment in the construction and operation of the Wind Farm for the generation of electricity. All other uses are prohibited. In particular, Buyer shall not use the Equipment in hazardous environments requiring failsafe controls including without limitation, the design, construction or operation of nuclear facilities, on-line control of aircraft, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, life support or weapons systems. Likewise, Buyer shall refrain from any reverse engineering and any action seeking to determine the technology incorporated into the Equipment. ARTYKUŁ 8 ZAKAZY INNEGO UŻYTKU Kupujący będzie korzystać ze Sprzętu wyłącznie w związku z budową i eksploatacją Farmy Wiatrowej do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. W szczególności, Kupujący nie będzie wykorzystywać Sprzętu w niebezpiecznych środowiskach wymagających niezawodnych środków kontroli w tym do projektowania, budowy lub eksploatacji elektrowni jądrowych, kontroli samolotów on-line, systemów nawigacji lub komunikacji samolotów, powietrznej kontroli ruchu, systemów podtrzymywania życia lub systemów uzbrojenia.
